As a technology company specializing in the research and development of new green and environmentally friendly materials in the textile printing and dyeing industry, and providing overall energy-saving and emission reduction solutions for the entire textile printing and dyeing process, our company has successively obtained the EU ECO-PASSPORT (chemicals, auxiliaries, dyes) Ecological product certification “Ecological Textile Passport”, Changan Insurance Company’s million-dollar product liability insurance, etc., have been recognized as innovative technologies this time, which also strongly proves the company’s scientific and technological innovation strength in energy conservation, consumption reduction, and green production.

This technology can achieve energy saving and emission reduction by more than 50%, and reduce the comprehensive cost of traditional printing and dyeing enterprises by 20% to 50%. It not only shortens the process flow and improves product quality, but also saves energy and reduces consumption. It can also realize the recycling of all water used for pre-printing and dyeing treatment, control pollution at the source, and prevent pollution transfer.

Many companies have been operating continuously for at least 30 months. Facts have shown that the process quality is stable, the pre-treatment effect meets and exceeds the original traditional process, and all pre-treatment wastewater is recovered and continuously recycled to achieve no wastewater discharge. The promotion of this technology has received strong support from IKEA Trading Services (China) Co., Ltd.

A total of 600 million was invested in the Shanghai Division of this competition, with a total of 7,255 registrations. The number of registrations increased by 11.2% compared with last year. Both the total number of registrations and the growth rate reached a record high. A total of 16 divisions, 67 regular season points and 9 special competition points have been established.

On May 25, a warm award ceremony was held at the 2019 Pujiang Innovation Forum held at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
